§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been i called to the dissatisfaction and unrest which exists in the Engineering Department of the Post Office amongst engineers in classes which have recently been made I redundant; whether this condition of affairs has been caused by the delay which has taken place in reviewing the cases of the officers concerned; and if he will state when he expects to be able to announce to the staff the names of the officers to whom he proposes to grant the benefit of the new; scales of pay?
