I am glad to be able to inform the hon. Member that all letters and postcards posted in the United Kingdom and addressed to Hong Kong, China, or Japan, except those specially superscribed by the senders for transmission by another route, will in future be forwardedviâ Siberia. The new arrangement will begin in connection with the mail to be dispatched from London on Wednesday next.
