§ Mr. O'GRADYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that, after the settlement of the strike of August, 1911, the Port of London Authority raised their charges to the merchants and traders by 7½ per cent.; and whether he can state in round figures the amount of this 7½ per cent. increase, and also in round figures the cost in additional wages and improved conditions granted to the men in August, 1911?
