Mr. BUXTONThe Inquiry that has been held by Lord Mersey fully covered all the causes of the casualty, together with the administration by the Board of Trade of the Merchant Shipping Acts, so far as relevant to the matter. I have already informed the House of the steps that I am taking to revise the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Trade dealing with safety at sea.
