asked the President of the Board of Trade how many men employed under the Labour Exchanges and unemployment insurance as clerks or clerk messengers of the age of twenty-three years and upwards receive not more than £70 per annum, how many receive not more than £60 per annum, and how many receive not more than £52 per annum?
