asked the Secretary to the Treasury would he state the total number of Votes concerning Scotland and the total figures of such which require to pass annually through the Committee of the House, giving the total figures for each year from 1901 to 1910?

The total number of votes is eleven per annum, namely, Class II., Votes 28 to 32 inclusive; Class III., Votes 11 to 14 inclusive; and Class IV., Votes 8 and 9. Total figures:—
