§ Mr. CARR-GOMMasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he can state what is the estimated number of casual labourers in the United Kingdom; whether he can give an estimate of the numbers of casual labourers who will be exempted from the regulations of the Insurance Bill under Part II. of the First Schedule of the Bill; and further, in the case of dock and riverside labour, whether he can give any estimate of the number of casual labourers who will become employed contributors under the Bill?
