§ Mr. DELANYasked the Postmaster-General whether he has received a 120W memorial, signed by the clergy, local representatives, and people generally in the district of Killeigh, King's County, asking that Killeigh should be appointed a money order office, and pointing out that the nearest place to obtain a post office order was at Tullamore, a distance of over six miles; and will he say what decision he has come to in the matter?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe memorial has been received, but it is found that the amount of money order and savings bank business likely to be transacted at the office is very small and insufficient to cover the working expenses involved. In these circumstances I regret that the extension is not at present warranted even under guarantee.
