§ Mr. McKENNAThe number of cadets borne for training at the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, up to the 31st March, 1910, was 886. The number of cadets at Osborne and Dartmouth on the reduced scale on that date was forty-nine, twenty-five being sons of Naval* and Marine† officers, and twenty-four of Army‡ officers.
