§ Mr. FIELDasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that Irish manufacturers are refused the opportunity of tendering for the supply of cloths for uniforms in Dublin; that there are no facilities for testing the materials in Dublin city; and that suitable testing plant is available, being idle in the depot of the Royal Irish Constabulary; and whether he will arrange to have the Post Office uniform cloths tested by this plant?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELIf arrangements can be made for testing cloth in Dublin without undue expense, I will accept delivery of cloth there.
