§ Mr. McKENNAInformation has been received of the existence of a strike and lock-out at Messrs. Schichau's yard at Danzig, and it is understood a lock-out for ten days has been enforced at the Vulcan yard at Hamburg. It is not considered that the latter will have any effect on the date of completion of the ships under construction; but until the strike at Danzig is ended it is premature to say what effect it may have in that yard.
