§ Colonel SEELYThe correct percentages taken on the average strength throughout the year and after deducting acquittals, and convictions quashed or not confirmed, were for the year ending 30th September, 1910, 2.77 at home and 1.58 abroad. This difference is accounted for by desertions and absence without leave, details of which the hon. and gallant Member will find on page 68 of the General Annual Report (Cd. 5481).
