§ Mr. WEIRasked the Secretary to the Treasury, having regard to the fact that the road from Dingwall to Ullapool is largely used by motorists visiting the Western Highlands of Scotland, if the Road Board will consider the expediency of making a grant towards the improvement of this road, especially bearing in mind that it is used for the conveyance of His Majesty's mails to Ullapool?
