§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that a free grant of £50 for the purchase of stock was sanctioned in the case of James Doyle. At Doyle's request the sum of £10 was sent to him trough Mr. Roche, J.P., for the purchase of stock, and the balance of the free grant will be paid when Doyle applies for it.
