§ Mr. UREAs my hon. Friend is aware, such legislative proposals as he desires were contained in the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill, which embodied the Government land policy for Scotland, and was rejected by the House of Lords. Under these circumstances the Government cannot give at the moment any undertaking as to when they will re-introduce their proposals.
