§ Mr. WEIGALLasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether, in view of the restricted area to which the recent outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease was confined and the effective measures taken by the Board to prevent spreading, the Board will make representations to the Argentine Government to cancel the order now in force against importation of British cattle not later than 1st June next, in order that the loss to the breeders of pedigree stock may be diminished during the current year?
