§ Mr. DELANYasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that a national school teacher named Daniel Dooley, Kilbricken, Mountrath, Queen's County, has taken possession of an evicted farm situated at Castletown, Queen's County; and, seeing that the legal representative of the evicted tenant claims the farm, if he can say whether the Commissioners of National Education approve of Dooley's action?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Commissioners of National Education inform me that Mr. Daniel Dooley, teacher of Kilbricken National School, has resumed possession of a small holding from which he was evicted some three years ago. The rights in the holding of the person who claims to be the legal representative of a former tenant, said to have been evicted, cannot be decided by the Commissioners of National Education.
