§ Mr. McKENNAThe German Naval Estimates for 1911–12 have not yet passed their final reading, and are still subject to revision. The total of the German Navy Estimates for 1911–12 is £22,029,635; of this total the amount to be met by loan is £5,328,274, or a percentage of 24.18.
