§ Mr. TOUCHEasked the Prime Minister if he can say whether it is intended to introduce and proceed with a Plural Voting Bill before facilities are given for the Women's Enfranchisement Bill; and if he can state whether the Plural Voting Bill will be introduced this Session?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI have already said that I am not in a position at present to make any statement as to the introduction of a Bill dealing with Plural Voting.
