Fitzgerald, of Lough, Annascaul, all of the Ventry estate; and, if so, what action is proposed to be taken?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have not received any application for reinstatement from Denis Courtney or John Mahoney. They received applications from Michael Fitzgerald and Thomas Hoare for reinstatement in holdings formerly occupied by them on the Ventry estate, but as these applications were not lodged within the time specified in the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, they have not yet been inquired into.
