HC Deb 03 July 1911 vol 27 c943W
EARL of RONALDSHAY

asked the Prime Minister if he has received a memorial signed by a large and representative body of naturalists affirming the necessity of maintaining in its integrity the site which was secured to the Natural History Museum by the delimitation of its northern boundary by the Treasury and the Office of Works in 1899; and will he state what action, if any, the Government propose to take in the matter?

The PRIME MINISTER

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. With reference to the second part of the question, I must refer the Noble Lord to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Education, on my behalf, on Tuesday.
