"Scorpion," punished by warrant at Parkeston on the 9th instant; whether the punishment then inflicted was after due trial as laid down in the Regulations; whether; Black's request to be allowed to lay his case before the Commodore was refused, and, if so, properly refused; and whether he proposes to cause any inquiry to be held as to the circumstances of Black's offence, trial, and punishment?
