Mr. BUXTONThe following is a statement showing the value of the imports (for home consumption) and the exports (domestic produce) of "articles wholly or mainly manufactured" in the years 1903 and 1910, for the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, and France, as stated in the Trade Returns of those countries, together with the gross and percentage increase in value of such imports and exports between those years in each case:—
