§ Mr. STEPHEN COLLINSasked the Home Secretary whether he is prepared to give effect to the view favoured by his predecessor at the Home Office and appoint a Select Committee to consider the advisability of issuing regulations making it compulsory upon all manufacturers of medicines liable to patent medicine duty to print on the label of the bottle or other vessel in which such is sold the full ingredients of such bottles or vessels, as well as the diseases which they purport to cure?
