§ Mr. VINCENT KENNEDYasked the Chief Secretary if he has received a resolution from the Dowra National School Teachers' Association praying that he will so award or extend the present provisions of the University Education Act, 1909, so that the children of the masses will have some opportunity of availing of university education in Ireland; and, if so, will he say what action he proposes to take in the matter?
