§ Mr. GUINEYasked the Chief Secretary whether, owing to the fact that several thousand Irish labourers are still living in unsanitary dwellings and that money cannot be obtained for building houses only by paying a high rate of interest, he will introduce, at the earliest possible moment, a measure allocating a further sum of £1,000,000 on the same terms as the loan was granted under the Labourers (Ireland) Act, 1906?
