RUSSELLThe question of accommodation for the Department of Agriculture and the bodies and institutions connected with them in the new buildings referred to is at present the subject of communication between the Department and the Commissioners of Public Works. The Department have made representations as to the necessity of adequate provision for the Council of Agriculture. The answer to the latter part of the question is in the affirmative.
