§ Mr. BIRRELLThe purchase agreements in the case of this estate, which is being sold direct by the owner to the tenants under the Irish Land Act, 1903, were lodged in January, 1906. The estate is on the principal register of direct sales, and the Estate Commissioners hope that it will be reached in order of priority to be dealt with during the financial year beginning 1st April next.
