§ Mr. BIRRELLAn inspection of Rathmullan pier was made by the engineer of the Department of Agriculture, and the result was notified to the Congested Districts Board. The extension and improvement of the pier would involve a larger expenditure than the Board are in a posi-2226W tion to provide. The work is one of those recommended to the Development Commission by the Board.
