HC Deb 09 August 1911 vol 29 c1313W

asked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been directed to the excellent statistics of German wages revealed by the operation of the German social insurance laws; and if he will see that they are included in future issues of the Abstract of Foreign Labour Statistics?

I am aware of the information respecting the earnings of insured persons which is obtained in connection with the German insurance laws, and when the next edition of the Abstract of Foreign Labour Statistics is being prepared, full consideration will be given to these data, especially to those which have recently been elaborated by some of the larger sick funds in Germany.
