§ Mr. BIRRELLAs regards the first paragraph of the question I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to a similar question asked by him on the 5th April. The Estates Commissioners in framing regulations under Section 21 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, have regard to the requirements of agricultural labourers coming within the provisions of Section 24 of the Labourers (Ireland) Act, 1906.
