§ Mr. CRUMLEYasked the Attorney-General whether he will ascertain if the foreman of the jury, Mr. Montgomery, and another juror, Mr. Armstrong, in the recent trial at Enniskillen of a letter carrier named Armstrong were relatives of the accused; whether he can explain why they were not ordered to stand aside; and whether any jurors named Morrison who served on the same jury are connected with the accused?
§ Mr. REDMOND BARRYI am informed that it has since the trial been stated locally to the police that Mr. Montgomery's father was, on a second marriage, married to an aunt of the accused, but there is no other relationship between them. This fact was not known at the time of the trial. There was no one named Armstrong on the jury. The jurors named Morrison were not related to the accused.
