§ Mr. CHURCHILLI would refer the hon. Member to Clause 87 of the Bill, where, in accordance with the recommendation contained in the Third Report of the Royal Commission on Mines, it is proposed to take power to make regulations to provide for the care and treatment of horses and other animals used in mines.
