§ Mr. BIRRELL:This estate is not being sold to the Commissioners, but direct to the tenants. The memorial received by the Commissioners on the subject of the inclusion of the village holdings at Mullagh in the sale will be duly considered when the estate is being dealt with in order of priority. Its turn has not yet come.
