§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEThe total amounts paid in old age pensions in Ireland and Scotland respectively in the fifty-two weeks from 1st January to 30th December, 1909, were: Ireland £2,305,649, Scotland £907,508. The number of old age pensions cancelled up to 31st December last (the latest date for which information is available) in Ireland and Scotland were 9,673 and 404 respectively.
