§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe alteration in status of the Ballymoney post office was made with a view to greater convenience of administration. No alteration in the public services is involved. Dearth of suitable premises has hitherto delayed the provision of an improved office, but proposals are now under consideration which are expected to result in the provision of satisfactory accommodation. The volume of business is not sufficient to warrant the cost of a building like the post office at Portrush.
