§ Mr. BRUNSKILLasked the Chief Secretary the cause of the delay in the vesting of their holdings in the tenants on the estate of Colonel A. R. Cole-Hamilton, of Beltrim, Gortin, county Tyrone, the purchase agreements having been signed in August, 1905; whether steps will be taken by the Estates Commissioners to have the sale of this estate completed as soon as possible; and whether he can state when it is likely that their holdings will be vested in the tenants?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI am informed by the Estates Commissioners that this estate has been inspected and that the inspector's report is awaiting their ruling. Having regard to its place on the priority list, it is anticipated that the estate will be reached for payment early next year.
