§ Mr. HUGH BARRIEasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether several Fellows of the late Royal University, Ireland, have not yet received their salaries for the period between 10th October, 1909, and 1st November, 1909; whether these salaries are really debts of the late University, and when it is intended they should be paid?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThis is a matter for the authorities who are responsible for these payments under the Irish Universities Act, 1908. I understand that all who have made application have been paid.
