§ Mr. COURTHOPEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that notices have been served demanding returns for purposes of the Mineral Rights Duty in respect of quarries from which bluestone is obtained for road material; and whether, in view of the fact that bluestone is an indurated sandstone, he will issue instructions that this mineral is exempted under Section 20, Sub-section 5, of the Act?
