§ Mr. FLAVINasked whether the holdings of a large number of tenants who have signed agreements to purchase on the Ormathwaite estate, in North Kerry, are partially flooded during the wet season of the year; whether he is aware that these tenants were promised assistance at the time of signing their agreements by the representatives of the landlord; and whether, before the vesting orders are issued, the Estates Commissioners will have the holdings inspected with a view of protecting the interests of the tenants?
