§ Sir FRANCIS CHANNINGasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, having regard to the unanimity of the Report of the Departmental Committee appointed in 1906 to report on necessary Amendments to the Bankruptcy Acts, to the urgency of the recommendations, and to the delay since the Report was presented, he will undertake to prepare and introduce legislation on this subject in the coming Session?
