§ Mr. BURNSThe following statement gives the particulars indicated for local authorities in England and Wales. For particulars for Scotland and Ireland, I must refer the hon. Member to the Secretary for Scotland and the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.
Statement giving particulars of the total amount of the outstanding loans of the local authorities in England and Wales (other than the Metropolitan Water Board), and the total amount of the receipts and expenditure of those authorities:—
