§ Mr. BIRRELLThe reply to the first part of the Question is in the negative-The formal proceedings for the sale of this estate under the Land Purchase Acts were only instituted in November last, and at this stage of the proceedings the Estates Commissioners are unable to reply to the latter part of the Question.
