§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have received an application from Denis Egan for reinstatement in his former holding on the estate of Miss Griffiths. The eviction did not take place within the period mentioned in Section 2 (1)(d) of the Act of 1903 and Section 2 (1) of the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, and the Estates Commissioners cannot therefore take any action in the matter.
