§ Mr. JAMES O'KELLYasked the Chief Secretary if he can state if, the Congested Districts Board will purchase the Tredennick estate, situate in the Rooskey Electoral Division, Strokestown Union, county Roscommon, with a view to their selling the same to the tenants, and particularly as the landlord has expressed his willingness to sell; and, as the district has been scheduled as congested since 1891, owing to the poverty of the district, and the 2740W estate has been in Chancery over twenty years, if immediate steps will be taken to purchase the estate?
