Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in appointing the Commissioners under the Development and Road Improvement Funds Act, he will consider as to appointing one of the Commissioners with a special knowledge of fisheries, in order to secure that the interests of the fishing industry shall receive full consideration in the administration of the Development Fund?
