P. Mahon, county Roscommon; whether this land is in a congested area; and whether the Congested Districts Board will reserve the land in question for distribution among the small holders in the locality in view of the existing congestion?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe purchase agreement in this case was lodged in 1906. The Congested Districts Board have therefore no power to adopt the suggestion contained in the last paragraph of the question.
