§ Mr. BIRRELLFrom the passing of the Irish Land Act, 1903, to 1st January, 1910, the Estates Commissioners have sanctioned in the case of reinstated evicted tenants in county Monaghan advances repayable by annuity for buildings to the amount of £925, and have sanctioned free grants for buildings, purchase of stock, etc., to the amount of £5,545.
