HC Deb 12 April 1910 vol 16 c1202W
Mr. SHEEHAN

asked whether the claim of R. Madden, representative of Michael Walsh, evicted tenant, of Ballygrogan, Greenagh, county Cork, has been investigated by the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, what decision has been come to in the matter?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners have decided to take no action in the matter of the application of Richard Madden for reinstatement in a holding in the townland of Ballygrogan, from which his uncle, Michael Walsh, was evicted in 1879, and which has since been purchased under the Land Purchase Acts by the present occupier.
