§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have decided to take no action in the matter of the application of Richard Madden for reinstatement in a holding in the townland of Ballygrogan, from which his uncle, Michael Walsh, was evicted in 1879, and which has since been purchased under the Land Purchase Acts by the present occupier.
