§ Mr. TOULMINasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will give the amount of.the superannuation, etc., allowances, gratuities, and other non-recurrent grants and charges on the Consolidated Fund on account of pensions and compensation allowances for civil, judicial, and other services, and the sums for civil pensions and other non-effective charges provided in the Estimates of the several departments, in the form on page 3 of Class 6 of the Estimates, 1910–11, for the years 1883–4, 1893–4, 1898–9, and 1908–9?
